The new Evolution S355TCT-90CS-G2, 355m, TCT Stainless Steel Cutting Blade has been completely re-designed and re-engineered to deliver improved performance when cutting 302, 303 and 304 grades of stainless.
Featuring completely revised tooth and blade geometry the S355TCT-90CS-G2 also benefits from a new tungsten carbide formulation that stays sharper for longer. In back to back tests* against our original 355mm Stainless blade it delivered up to 45% more cuts and sets the standard for stainless steel processing.
The Evolution S355TCT-90CS-G2 is compatible with all of our 355mm Mitering Chop Saws and Chop Saws. We've combined the highest-grade of Japanese sourced tungsten carbide, a heat treated, hardened steel blade body and ultra-precise brazing to create a fast cutting, long-lasting and vibration free saw blade.
Designed with a modified triple-chip tooth profile and a high tooth count that's optimized to maximise cutting life and minimise heat build up, this Stainless Steel Chop Saw blade is designed to cut 302, 303 and 304 grades of stainless steel. It has a narrow Kerf design that keeps wasted material to a minimum, cutting cleaner and faster than abrasive wheels or a bandsaw. It delivers cool to the touch, ready to weld cuts , saving you time and money with every cut.
