This type of outward clinch (Flaring) stapler is specially designed for foam bedding applications. It works by flaring the staple outwards as it penetrates the material.

Applications:
Fabric to Foam, fastening flange to foam of encased innerspring, fabric-to-foam to cardboard, temporary pinning of fabric, fastening (ticking) fabric to foam borders of box spring, stapling textile layers together for pattern cutting.
