The MAG Zeroline is a stationary edgebander designed for professional work in small and medium production runs, combining precision, versatility, and ease of use in a compact format.

Zero-joint or pre-glued edging
Compatible with zero-joint (laser) edging and conventional pre-glued edging, allowing the user to choose the most suitable solution depending on the material, finish, and type of application. Selection is easily made via the main power switch.

Straight edge banding
The MAG Zeroline allows straight edge banding with maximum stability and precision, keeping the panel firmly supported on the table throughout the entire process. The combination of the motorized drive roller and the pressure roller ensures uniform feed and facilitates the edge banding of large-format panels.

Curved edge banding
Designed for working with shaped panels, MAG Zeroline allows edge banding of curved contours and minimum internal radii of 26 mm in 90° corners.

Beveled edge banding
Allows mitered or beveled edge banding at 15°, 22.5°, 30°, and 45°, expanding the range of applications for furniture, fronts, and design elements that require precise angular joints.

This type of edge banding is ideal for drawer fronts.
